Managing Partner

Founder and operator. Built TCIG, a cybersecurity consolidation, from zero to a $32 million exit. Previously founded 8T8 Trucking in transportation and logistics, acquired two platforms within twelve months and sold the whole portfolio to a family office. Start to finish in eighteen months. Co-founded Big Bertha, a full GTM sales engine, and Northbound Capital, an investment banking boutique for tech companies. MBA, INSEAD. Leads deal sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition strategy. Has personally scouted, negotiated, and closed every acquisition in the seed portfolio.

Managing Partner

Formerly Morgan Stanley. Led the acquisition of Mobile Commons from Upland Software (NASDAQ: UPLD). Leads finance, diligence, and operations across the platform. Built the financial model and stands behind every number in it. Has raised over $500M across the capital stack and sits as partner or board member in several private equity funds and venture capital firms. Served as CFO for a string of well-known start-ups, taking them from early rounds through scale and exit. Founders describe him as the steadiest hand in the room, the CFO you want when the numbers have to be right and the story has to hold. Danish by origin, based in the US for over twenty years.

  • Paul Selman

    Twenty-three-year home-services operator. Six-time Service Experts promotee. PE-backed roll-up executive with multi-state P&L responsibility of up to $133 million.

  • George Donaldson

    Electrician-turned-platform CEO. Scaled Fix-It Group from $1.7 million to more than $100 million. Led the business through six acquisitions and a private-equity exit.
